WhatsApp automation for small businesses

Most small shops and service businesses in India already run on WhatsApp — customers ask about stock, hours, prices, and bookings there, and someone on the team is answering the same five questions all day by hand.

I'm building simple automation on top of WhatsApp Business that handles the repetitive parts — quick replies, order status, appointment slots, catalogue links — so the answers go out fast, and a real person only steps in when the conversation actually needs one.

This is early. I'm looking for one or two local businesses willing to try it with me and tell me honestly what breaks.

What else is on the bench

WhatsApp automation is the first thing I'm building in public, but not the only thing I'm working through. Some of these may become their own experiments later.

Who's behind this

Stellerlabs is run by me, V — I build web applications and software for a living, and I wanted a place to try things on my own terms outside of that work. No team, no office, just a domain, some free tools, and whatever time I can put in on the side.

I'd rather ship something small and real than plan something large and theoretical. If that's a fit for a problem you have, say hello.
